Below are the start dates for each new session. Email Greg Arnold at gregarnold@cnyfsc.com or fill out the brochure for Adult Soccer to sign up!

Adult Coed - 2/19/2012 - Plays on Sundays

Men's Open - 1/30/2012 - Plays on Monday nights

Men's Over 30 - 3/21/2012 - Plays on Wednesday nights

Women's Open - 3/8/2012 - Plays on Thursday nights

The next session of the Indoor Men's Open Lacrosse will begin NEXT Tuesday, January 31st. Game times will be posted on January 24th.

Monday January 16, 2012 9:00am-12:00pm $50 Includes ticket to January 21st game vs Rochester Lancers The Knight School Soccer Camp will be run by the Coaches and Players from the Syracuse Silver Knights professional Indoor Soccer team. You’ll get to train side-by-side with the players of the newest MISL team. This opportunity is open to the first 100 kids who register, and they will also receive a Syracuse Silver Knights t-shirt, and a free ticket to the home game versus the Rochester Lancers on Saturday, January 21st for a rivalry game against the Syracuse Silver Knights. Training with the campers will be the MISL’s goals-saved leader, Eric Reed. Also, the teams’ scoring leaders, Slavisa Ubiparapovic, with 40 points scored, and Jeffrey Hughes, who has 32 points scored to date!

Congratulations to "Jreck's" for becoming the 2011 Champions in the "Gotta Believe" Men's Open Christmas Lacrosse Tournament.

The CNY Family Sports Centre would like to thank all of the teams for participating and also for another successful tournament!!

The next session will be starting on Monday, January 16th. Micro-Soccer will be held every Monday from 5:30pm - 6:30pm.

The Fall/Winter MicroSoccer Sessions will be held on the following 8 dates:

January 16th, January 23rd, January 30th, February 6th, February 13th, February 20th, February 27th, and March 5th

The Micro-Soccer session is geared towards the beginner player ages 3-8. The players will be trained in the basic fundamentals of the sport: dribbling, passing, receiving, and playing small sided games. Participants will be introduced to the basics of soccer in a positive, fun, learning environment.

MicroSoccer January 16th - March 5th Session - Registration Form

We are now taking registrations for the upcoming session, that runs from January 4th to March 7th, for grades K-2.

You can now sign up for the Winter 2012 session of the Boys Youth Lacrosse. Due to the high demand, we do have a limit on how many registrations we can take. This league is open to those boys in Grades 3, 4, 5 and 6. So please, sign up early, and assure your spot in the league.

Hello to all! I am excited to announce that Zumba will be coming back to the CNY Family Sports Centre beginning on Wednesday, September 8th! Classes will be held every Wednesday at 6:30 pm in the Jonhoben Room. Prices will remain the same as in the spring: $8 per class, 6 classes for $35 or 12 classes for $70. We may be adding a Saturday morning class later in the fall as well.

Teams or Individials looking for open field time for Soccer, Lacrosse, Baseball, Softball, Football, Field Hockey please call the CNYFSC in Syracuse, NY at 315-638-8866.

Just a reminder to all teams for all indoor leagues, that Cleats, Studs, or Molded shoes are not allowed. As of March 13, 2009, any team having a player that is wearing cleats will forfeit its game. The CNY Family Sports Centre has always had a "no cleat" policy.
